Conroywilcox.com and all their content services are provided by Conroy & Wilcox and Erie Basin under the following terms and conditions.  By visiting or shopping at this website you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.  It is your responsibility to read and understand them.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. 

Return Policy: If you are not happy with an item you purchased online, please contact us first to obtain an return authorization number.  You may return it to us in original, unworn condition within 3 days of receipt for a refund.  You may return it within 10 days of receipt for a credit only.  The item must be shipped to us in original packaging in pristine condition by prepaid, insured mail.  C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.  We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.  Credits are issued less any additional shipping charges, and are valid for 1 year only.  Unfortunately special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Resized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Special Orders: Pieces ordered in platinum or white gold are made to order and require additional delivery time.  Other special requests can be fulfilled through special orders.  Unfortunately special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  Special orders usually take 2-4 weeks to fulfill.  Rush orders can often be accommodated, but require an additional fee of $200.  

Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on all orders via fully-insured Fed Ex or UPS.  Expedited shipping service is available at additional charge. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  

International Shipping: Shipping to international addresses is available at additional charge.  Please contact us for an international shipping quote. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes-- your local Customs Office will help you with this matter.  

Sales Tax: Orders shipping to New York state addresses or picked up in New York state are subject to NYC's 8.875% sales tax.  No sales tax will be applied to purchases delivered outside of New York state, including international purchases.  

Repairs/Warranty: Because of the nature of jewelry, all pieces are sold as is. Pieces are gauranteed to be free of defects.. With wear, it's important to have a jeweler inspect settings from time to time to ensure security.  If a piece requires repair, you may contact us for advice, and in some cases we may be able to provide repair services at cost.
